I love the stink of Limburger - I took some with me on a plane once, flying from Luxembourg to Heathrow, and got some very funny looks ! Once I was able to remove the dissonance of the old athletic sock smell/taste, the flavor was quite palatable. Surprised me. But what do I know? I also like Brussels sprouts.
